"I discovered Zach through one of my employees and called him immediately because we had just gotten a new computer, laptop and printer. Foolishly I had also purchased a service agreement through the office supply store for both the laptop and the desktop computers. I called them once and they said to unplug the desktop and bring it in. Well I don't know about you but every time I do anything to the computer everything else goes wrong.
So I immediately called Zach and within 30 minutes he was here and everything was hooked up correctly and we were on our way. While he was here he also set up a wireless router for my laptop so I could connect to the internet and print through the desktop printer. A couple of weeks later I had to call Zach again for a problem with the computer and he was here within 15 minutes. Now I know that it is not always possible for him to respond that quickly, but I know that he will be here as soon as is humanly possible while not shorting any of his other customers.
Zach has also set up the laptop to work wirelessly at my home which is a great help so that I can do the books at home and not take time away from our customers which are our first priority!"
