All of the work we perform in our shop is priced by the job, not hourly.
How does it work?
You can either bring your computer to our shop or have us pick it up from your place for an additional charge of $20.00.
If you have trouble carrying your equipment you can request free curb side assistance. Just pull up to the curb at the back entrance of our building and give us a call. One of our technicans will come out and check your equipment in for you. You don't even have to get out of the car!
Within 24 hours we will provide you with a free estimate on the price of repairs. When you receive this estimate you owe us nothing unless you would like to have the work performed.
When the work has been completed we will give you a call and let you know. If you had us pick up your equipment we will deliver it back to you. If you require assistance hooking your equipment back up there will be an extra charge.

On-site Service
Pricing
On-site service is billed at $79.95 an hour with a $60.00 minimum. Payment is due upon completion of work.
How does it work?
Give us a call at (410) 861-6278 to schedule an on-site appointment with one of our technicans. We typically have someone available within 24 hours.
Some resolutions to certain computer issues can be very time consuming. In these types of situations we may request that the equipment be brought into our office for repair. This is done to save you money since shop work is billed by the job and not the hour.
Online Support
Pricing
Online Support is billed hourly at $59.95 with a $40.00 minimum. Payment by credit card is due upon completion of the work.
